Did you order a ticket with one of our organizers but have yet to receive the ticket after a successful transaction? Here are a few steps to solve this.
Retrieve your ticket with us π
The first step is to request a new ticket email through our Ticket Retrieval page. In order to prepare for this make sure you get the OrderNumber as stated on your bank statement. The description of this payment is the name of the event followed by a number behind a #
So for example: Launch event RecordLabel XXX #123456
then 123456
is your order number.
Reach out to the organizer π¨
Go back to the purchase page where you purchased the ticket. Contact details are to be found on that page. They will be able to re-send the ticket email or download the tickets for you and send them seperately.
